This is where two passionate makers meet. Kivalo made a limited edition of 8 full tang knives with carbon steel and rowan wood handles in Northern Finland. I made leather sheaths to all of them out of vegetable-tanned full-grain leather. These two pieces of craftsmanship go perfectly together forming a harmonic whole.
The knife is a perfect tool for outdoor enthusiasts or a proper way to open a cardboard box in your own living room. Either way it will be one that will pass on to the next generation.

Maintanence
It is recommended to dry the carbon steel knife after use and oil it regularly. It will reward your care with years of reliability. Sharpen the knife with a whetstone. Apply leather balm to the leather sheath when the leather starts to get darker and smoother.
